Hi, I'm deciding to move to Lahti permanently from the UK early next year to study and work. I'm ok with finding an apartment and a place to study. I would just like to know if I have to fill in an application form of any kind before I move - or do I just go there and register with the local police station? If you are still in the UK just call to Finish embassy
