To move to , live and work in Finland ( the first step) you will need to apply for a work visa. See 1st site below. Then , after 6 years of continuous residence, you may apply for citizenship. Even if you meet all the requirements, this application is not always granted. See 2nd site. Learinng the language...take classes, go to language school. Of course, it would be wise to visit there first. Also, getting that work visa is far from easy.
