I'm a 27 year old English guy living in Finland with my 23 year old Finnish girlfriend. We both want to go over to Canada and work. But we're not sure how to go about getting the visa we need. We're not doctors or anything like that. We just like to travel. So no specialist jobs unfortunatley.

Have a skill that's in short supply? The economy is bad right now due to the USA's dollar. You have to have a good profession like medical or computer etc.

The economy is not bad here.It`s not booming like it was ,but it`s still good.There are over 850,000 people waiting to come to Canada.You need something special to offer or you do not have a chance.Immigration is getting stricter to cut down the waiting list.
