Want to work in Finnish hospital, but don't speak Finnish

Want to work in Finnish hospital, but don't speak Finnish?
I want to work in pediatric nursing and I plan on moving in Finland and becoming a nurse there. I do not speak any Finnish, only English. Do they only speak Finnish in the hospitals? What kind of obstacles can I expect to find?

imagine a person from poland going to america without knowing any english, expecting to find a job within the medical profession. of course you need to speak the language of the country you go to, especially as a nurse/doctor there. you need to be aböe to communicate with people there. even though most adults will know english, the kids still wont and even the adults will be resilient to be forced to speak english in their own country. what if you had to speak spanish to your doctor instead of english? i dont understand how americans think sometimes....

You think sick people suddenly magically speak a foreign language when they go to hospital? Yes, of course they speak Finnish. If you can't communicate in the language of the country, they won't consider you to be a qualified nurse, let alone employ you. If you want to work in Finland, go take language classes.
